Hi, I’m Sarah — a coach and counsellor focused on helping you create real, lasting change.

I work with individuals who feel stuck in their patterns and disconnected from themselves — often in their beliefs, how they cope, relate and move through their lives. Many of the individuals I work with know something isn’t quite clicking, but aren’t sure how to shift it.

That’s where our work begins.

We slow things down and unpack the patterns underneath it all, rebuild self-trust, and work through the fear that’s been keeping you stuck, so you can step outside your comfort zone and start creating a life that actually feels like your own.

My approach is both compassionate and direct. I’ll hold space for your experience while also challenging what’s no longer serving you so you can reconnect with your voice, your values and the choices in front of you.

Before coaching, I spent years working as a counsellor with clients struggling with trauma, addiction, mental health concerns and relationship difficulties. That experience shapes how I show up: grounded, attuned and able to hold depth while still focusing on forward movement.

Clients often tell me I “get it” quickly, that I hear what’s not being said and ask the questions that bring clarity. I’m warm, but I’m honest. I care deeply, and I won’t sugarcoat what’s getting in your way.

This is a space where you can be fully honest, go deeper and actually create change — not just talk about it.

If you’re ready for clarity, honesty and meaningful growth, we’ll work well together.

My Approach

I’m both gentle and direct—someone who can sit with your truth without judgment, while also challenging the patterns that are no longer serving you. I ask the questions that spark awareness, uncover blind spots, and help you access the strength you already carry.

My work is rooted in clarity. I help you sort through the noise, assumptions, and old narratives so you can actually hear yourself again. We create space for depth, while staying grounded in what’s happening right now—what’s driving it, and what you want to do with it.

Using a blend of intuitive questioning, reflective insight, and ICF-aligned practices, I support you in understanding what’s shaping your choices, where your patterns come from, and what your values are pointing you toward—so you can begin making decisions that feel aligned instead of reactive.

I won’t tell you what to do—but I won’t let you stay stuck either.

This is a space that balances support with honest challenge. You’ll be met with curiosity, respect, and zero judgment, while also being invited to look at what’s no longer working and what’s ready to shift.

Together, we focus on:

  • Uncovering the patterns shaping your choices

  • Reconnecting with your values and identity

  • Building self-trust and emotional resilience

  • Creating sustainable, meaningful behavioural change

You already have the insight. This work helps you actually use it.

Coaching is collaborative and centered around you.

You bring what’s real — your experiences, patterns and goals. I help you make sense of it, challenge what’s no longer working, and move forward with clarity. Each session is grounded, intentional and designed to create meaningful change.

Working with me is about gaining clarity, owning your choices and building a life that reflects who you’re becoming — not who you’ve had to be.

Experience & Background

I started coaching because I kept meeting people who were capable of so much more than the stories they were trapped in. As a counsellor, I saw the healing that happens when someone feels safe enough to tell the truth - but I also saw the moment when healing naturally wants to shift into growth, agency and momentum. Coaching became the bridge.

I didn’t want to just help people survive their lives; I wanted to help them create their lives. I wanted to support the shift from “Why am I like this?” to “Who do I want to become?”

Over the years, I’ve worked with clients navigating addictions, eating disorders, mood and mindset, health and life transitions. Coaching allows me to combine compassion with directness, curiosity with accountability and healing with expansion. It’s the work that feels most meaningful to me - walking beside people as they reclaim their voice, clarity and sense of possibility.

You don’t need to be fixed,
you need to be seen, heard & trusted to grow.
